I've fallen in love with two new anime titles.
1 - Chobits. It's incredibly funny and adorable: "Underpants!" *grins* I highly recommend it to everyone, though there is a tad bit of adult humor. Nothing offensive ^_^''' The opening theme is very sweet...I've had it stuck in my head for the two days since I watched the first four episodes at Anime Mid-Atlantic this past weekend, it's called "Let Me Be With You" and again, it's just adorable.
2 - Onegai Teacher (or Please Teacher). Another really cute anime, this one about an alien and a guy who's body is three years younger than supposed to be, having to marry and eventually falling in love. The character designs in this one are very nice, everyone looks like an individual and the art is nicely done.
I also bought this other anime called "Colorful", which is nothing but men looking up womens' skirts. I kid you not. That's all it is, for 110 minutes. It's so weird. I don't understand...but there's this one funny part where these two guys are fighting. One likes looking up girls' skirts and the other doesn't, and the one who doesn't calls out while they're fighting, "You need to know Jesus!" Made me fall over laughing.
By the way, Anime Mid-Atlantic was nice this year, even though being at a different hotel. Didn't have a camera, but the cosplay was great this year. "13!" Ah...fond memories ^_^ Rob Lantz(sp?) was the MC for the third year in a row. I just love his brand of humor.
